60-Day Keep-the-Jar Guarantee
At Grazewood, we don't think you can tell whether a balm works without using it. So use it. Use the whole jar if you need to.
The guarantee
60 days from delivery. If it didn't work for you, email us and we'll refund your order in full.
No return required. Don't mail anything back. Keep the jar, empty or full. Give it to someone whose hands are worse than yours.
No review process. We're not going to inspect it, ask for photos, or offer you a partial refund. It's the full amount or nothing, and it's going to be the full amount.
One jar per household. If you ordered two or three, the guarantee covers the full order. It applies once per household, because it's a guarantee, not a subscription.
If something goes wrong with your order
Damaged, defective, wrong item, lost, or stolen in transit: that's on us. Email us and we'll replace it or refund you at no cost, including any shipping. This is separate from the 60-day guarantee and has no time limit tied to it beyond a reasonable window after delivery.
Changed your mind before opening it
If it's unopened and you'd rather not have it, email us within 30 days and we'll refund it. We will cover return shipping in that case, and original shipping isn't refundable.
How to start
Email contact@grazewood.com with your order number and one sentence about what happened. That's the whole process.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few days longer to post it. If it's been more than 15 business days and you haven't seen it, email us and we'll chase it.
Exchanges
Want a different variant instead of a refund? Say so in your email and we'll sort it out. If the original was damaged or defective, we cover the shipping.
What we don't cover
We can't refund orders placed somewhere other than grazewood.com, and we can't honor the 60-day guarantee more than once per household.
