Payment Methods
At Grazewood, every transaction is processed through secure, industry-standard payment systems. All orders are paid in full at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout and include credit cards, debit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and other approved processors supported by Shopify.
Credit / Debit Card
We accept major credit and debit cards through secure payment processors.
Select "Credit / Debit Card" at checkout, enter your card details, complete the billing information, and confirm the payment. A confirmation email is sent to the address you provided at checkout.
Shop Pay
Shop Pay offers a faster checkout for customers who already have an account.
Select "Shop Pay" at checkout and log in to your account to complete the transaction. An order confirmation email follows once payment is completed.
PayPal
What it is. PayPal is an online payment service that lets you complete a purchase without sharing your financial details directly with us.
How it works. Select "PayPal" at checkout. You'll be redirected to PayPal to log in and approve the payment, then returned to Grazewood to finish the order. A confirmation email follows once payment is completed.
Why some people prefer it. Secure payment, no direct sharing of card details, and PayPal's own buyer and fraud protection.
Refill Schedules
If you choose an optional refill schedule at checkout, your payment method is charged automatically on the interval you selected until you cancel.
Refill schedules are never pre-selected. You have to check the box yourself. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us, and cancellation takes effect immediately. We will never require a phone call to cancel.
Currency and Taxes
All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD). Prices displayed on the site do not include sales tax. Applicable sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and shown at checkout before you pay.
The price you see at checkout is the full price. We do not add handling fees, service charges, or any other cost after the fact.
Security and Protection
All transactions on this site are encrypted. Grazewood does not store or have access to your full payment details. Orders that appear fraudulent or suspicious may be canceled or placed on hold, and we may request additional verification before shipping.
